Hello all, I purchased two 20gb moche sim cards two weeks ago when I was in portugal. The first one was great, no issues and has just run out. I’m now in France and trying to use/activate the second sim card but it will not work. It will not connect to a network and can’t be used. Perhaps this is because I’m in France? If that is the case, I would instead like to top up the net data on the first card that I was successfully using (before it ran out). I have created a my moche account to try and get more data, however, I’m unable to register the phone number on my account. It won’t let me enter in numbers (or letters or anything) into the text box to register. Please help! Merci et muito obrigado.
