I have received a message stating my account is suspended for the lack of payment. I have been making payments every month since joining Moche without an issue. I then emailed apoio Moche attaching the proof of payment and invoice of the three months in question, to which I received the response - “Those are the charges you made”. Of course, I am paying my bill?
